Had some other dodgy bug the other day where I was hit by an acuity sheer and a baseline dex sheer by a shammy which somehow left me with no buffs at all despite being fully buffed before hand though and a CSR did come and talk to me and council me about that, I felt much better afterwards, but I think she was just new and didn't realise you could just fob people off with a standard "We're investigating blah blah blah" excuse
