Unfortunately I can't do the trick of taking over as I already agreed in rvr with my group which I forgot.
If enough people gather at stygia you can do it, just elect someone to lead and do whatever he says, it's not hard, it was my first ml4 raid I lead 2 days ago (or so) with letharon and it went quite easy, for example. Ml5 grp steps are quite easy.
