going the quests gets you the abilities on them earlier
i.e you need to be CL3 for the wep but doing the quest, you get it there and then you get the 2nd ability at CL5 but doing Co5 you get it then
Cuz the weps decent and good to get but the abilitys kinda bite

I got the weapon before I reached the first champion level. Then doing Co5 got me to CL3.5 unlocking the first ability on my staff. Then when I went to see King Lug, he granted me the second ability on the staff... incidentally, you get any damage to the weapon repaired at the same time, so don't go to a smith before you see the King, it's a waste of gold.

Also, in the King's hall, there is a merchant who sells a few weapon dyes... I chose the Midnight Blue dye and it looks very nice.

it was a very nice boost to everyones artifacts, champion xp, templates and probably their homes as there are a few more trophys flying about.

i doubt there will be any more raids such as this organised by me, but if anyone that came would wish to run anything i'll try my best to help

Still I guess if you want the Quest items you have to do it, but except for that it's really better RvRing getting both RP's and Great CLexp (Well if you kill stuff, I guess it aint so good if you only die =P )

Have a Summer Break myself atm though, so don't think Il play again until the end of August probably.

Yes, there is remains dropping from Each boss that will be split lika any other loot, if not a BG is created to make a specific person get the loot ofc.

Well I heard that getting cl xp up to cl5 gives you the ability of the weapon wether you did it the Questing way or not.

If anyone wanna try sort more Co5 raids im gonna be there..
