- The penalty on power regeneration when power is below 50% has been removed.

you're correct, you can't trade the stones(wel duuh imho) because they aren't stones, or it would b easy to abuse system

make lvl 2 character, buy him single respec, give to your main, and u done ? naah

And the regen rate for mana/end is increaed in lowbies so we can xp harder \o/, this will scale down to current levels as you gain levels.

True ;P would be kinda stupid making it as tradable stones
