got a cloak too with absolutely no stats, 94% quality and 14% buff bonus.

2p spent on nothing, still waiting for my bloody items!!!!! I sent a rightnow request early monday morning and still nothing... what is this

Not sure how this works then...

So you spend your plat/voucher with a merchant and get a rog but you do not know what the stats are until after you buy ?

How are you supposed to replace lost rogs that were relevant to your toon then ?

Also got to agree the stats you got there are limited.

Anyone else know how this works and if this is worth the effort ?

Surely they could have made this work like an ML8 key and chest type thing so at least the chance of something semi decent would be higher, oh well

hmm lets see:

we have person A and person B

person A and B both lost 20rogs

person A, who got lucky, got 5p for each rog that was gone, for a total of 100p

person B, who didn't get so lucky with rightnow, got 20vouchers to trade in for "high quality" rogs..

person A can buy 100vouchers for rogs, where person B can only turnin 20...then again, if person A is smart and sees he gets nothing but junk, he will quit buying vouchers and save the money for something better..

what are you going to do about that huh?

Works like this:

You buy a "Magic Gem" from the merchants there, they're up the ladder in the stables at east gate. Cute name eh? MAGIC GEM!

Then you give this MAGIC GEM to a MAGIC MERCHANT... there's three merchants.

One will give you armor (middle one), one gives you weapons (left one) and one will give you gems (belts/rings/cloaks etc)...

It's all random, like you'd unlock cetus chests with a key...

IMO, all the stuff you get should be MP...

Who would use a weapon or armor anything less than mp or 99%?

As to "high quality rogs"... paying 2p for utter crap is just another slap in the face.

This is just crazy, just when you think they can;tget any worse ...THEY DO!!!

Really really hacked off with them, this is upsetting players who have put a lot of time and energy into things.

I am actually lost for words, which as I am sure a few people know, doesn;t happen very oftne, but OMG......how NOT to deal with things.

are they trying to empty Prydwen, cos tbh they couldn;t have done a better job if they had tried.

Bah, not very smart, they cant change the rules when they have allready given over 100p each to some people, how the hell can this vouchers add up for this. Atleast still give all people money so they can decide for their own if they want to buy the vouchers.

The idea with the merchants where not that bad, but then it should have been done from the start so not some people get money and some get vouchers

nope you pay 1plat at one of the npcs, one handles jewelry, other armor, and last one weapons

then you turn it in, and you get a rog..
