I seriously doubt this would be good for the game. It would proberbly make it incredible hard to get any artifacts if they did. i agree with ankh. that is a very bad idea.
mythic should implement the exact same system as wow.
sure they can attack the mob thats been pulled, but that wont get them anything from it.

Regardless of your arguement ankh, albeit a good one to be honest they should just do away with the timers now. They've had their money from TOA, the grind in the artifacts is painful enough without having to wait months etc for scrolls and the artifact itself. /Slap them i say and gifv a new approach that is universally acceptable to those that PAY for the game and not some gimpy idea that clearly isn't working after over a YEAR. Render the timers useless and make it accessable for all so that there is not endless farming needlessly. The next expansion has already been announced, so time to take the pain of a mistake away imo.
Got to admit :hj: much of the aggro is caused by the fact that getting the encounter, the artifact and the scrolls can be stupidly hard or expensive.
I can understand the theory that it would be interesting to make a few items hard to get so we reward peeps with patience, but in reality all it does is create greed and reward peeps who are either lucky or camp as much as those who are persistent.
Still we have to live within the game that is in place and the rules applied to it. Sounds like there is a dispute as to who pulled first (which can happen) so best let GOA solve it and we can all move on.

Aye, timers is another story. On that one I agree they should either remove it or make the max wait like 1 hour or so..

Camped Gem of Lost Memories on the weekend, didn't pop for over 38hrs solid, the 1.75 artifact spawn rate nerfs, because that's what they are - who gives a damn if the arti drops more when the encounter never pops - has made some artifacts outright unacheivable now - things such as Cloudsong, GoLM can just be outright discounted from all but the most amazingly luckiest of people's templates.

I might be missing somethink (probably am) but why didn't you all make a BG ,make daisy chains and pull together . never done this arti except for when my mana mnet had to hot pet . so im probably wrong.
