yes there should be a 30-40second downtime betwenn changing BG targets

Minstrels will suck in stealth RvR now that Hunters/Rangers can get Warlord, means a Hunter/Ranger will defeat a Minstrel 100% of the time if they're not retarded. Only reason minstrels rock in 1vs1 is because of Warlord(or zephyr 1vs1) really. Battlemaster is a very nice boost for group minstrels however so essentially in terms of minstrels these proposed changes are a massive nerf in terms of stealth combat (Zephyring assassins, Warlord Hunters/Rangers) putting minstrels second worse stealth char after scouts if the changes go live yet it gives them a massive boost to minstrels in groups in terms of BG which isn't a bad thing.

Problem is minstrels prob have to fight with friars,paladins,reavers and armsmen for the bg spot

but can you ever, once even remotly manage to kill 2 mincers if they swap BG with eachother? I mean as any other stealther...

If Im not all wrong here I don't belive 2 Battlemasters can BG eachother ;D

Havent tried myself so I can't know, maby it's just not at same time, not all sure tbh ;D

Can't BG at same time no, but can switch back and forth if you remove when they change target. Takes coordination.

Gotta remember you can do the same thing with PD5 hunters/rangers/scouts too so it's not really anything new

Certainly I used to duo with a friend infil a couple of times and he'd body guard me as scout and I'd use guard on him to protect him some then just shoot whilst he BG's me.
