This seems a good way to spend the afternoon, although I cant stay if it goes over into the evening..since I am going out.
Your rules show wisdom and attracts the like of me.

As Druids are pretty rare, I will bring mine although hes only Lvl49...every little helps.. unfortunaterly no ML's etc

Juts wondering how you have the rules set, can we roll for those Artifacts/Book we need, and if getting one we are out of roll, or how have you meant this to be done? =D

Encounter is good ofcourse, but as we still get artis, that is interessting to ofcourse as they can be traded for the Book.

Should there be more drops than players attending, and people are still interested in getting them, the player with the lowest roll will pick two items, and then the person next in line is person that rolled just above.

People may pick what they want. Making an SI/Galla style lotto where each item is posted and people roll after each item may be better for those that always roll low, but we all know how mindnumbind these lottos are. Besides, all but a very few scrolls should be common as grass on a meadow when patch touches down, so might not have a great effect to be sitting on the artifact -> full book anyways.

you mean when patch 1.82 if we have the arti we dont need the book just credit?

Post-1.82 If you have the arte you can turn it in for the book - I think this was in last weeks friday news.
Artes won't drop any more apparently so after a while this won't be an issue any more - just a question of using up the ones people currently have stored up. I doubt they'll leave this up forever tho so maybe better to exchange arte for book asap after patch.

It would be interesting to know what effect 1.81/2 had on scroll prices on the US servers.
On the one hand prices should drop as scrolls are easier to farm.
On the other hand they might not as people might not find them worth farming to sell any more leading to less supply & higher prices.
Anyone from the US servers able to tell us if prices rose, fell or stayed the same?

Do the Artis if possible instead, think many people have had same idea, not that many artis around anymore =P
