Thing is, Hibernia already has AE DD or PBAE available not only to every caster class but to most specs, compared to Albion who only has AE DD on wizard then some crappy focus DD on heretics, Mid lacks AE from bonedancers. Hibernia already has vast amounts of AE whilst Albion has none because wizards suck and no one really plays them.

why :p

i like being overpowered on my chars ^^
and you have got to be kidding on wizards suxing... mount of times ive been fire bolted...

Never said that they aint, or rather I have said that wardens are good in more or less every post that I have made so far =P

But in my case it dosent really matter as we have both hero and Warden in the guild group, starting to forget what i post in what threads now posting in them all, have been saying that I think they where good as they was, still haveing the warden getting better is just a bonus in my case, just said how I see it.

I have to say, I like the way they try to balance the assassins. But well, there will be a few things that have to be checked out before it can really be called balanced.

Infs still have more specpoints, so they can easily get the 39 stealth and keep rest up to par.

NS still has the casting side that does help when used right, wonder how the new spells will add to the mix.

Sb, is a weird one now. I cannot imagine the new spec they will go with. Something like max crit, 39 stealth. Set up a PA with a 2-hander and add another right behind that. Some reports say 1500+ dmg is achievable without crits, so 2 * 1500 + some crit.. They can take on anything that stands still longer than 10 seconds then! If that doesnt work out (specpoints too few or something) then the sb will still be behind a bit, since LA really needs to be specced for profit.

On wardens, I have one, I like him already. A bit defensive, but well enough in its role. Cannot imagine how the new points will affect them, add 23 shield to your already nice utility and you can do some really nifty stuff.

I see my warden picking out enemy Melee MA, sticking him, slamming from behind (that 23 shield style), bodyguarding his target. And maybe even do halfway decent melee styles during all that time.

It really does sound quite superb. And with a melee spec, solo'ing on a warden will be great. You got so many defensive tools that you can probably outlast anyone.

Theoretically the changes for heroes in 1.81 could have meant that you could have ran 2/3 hero group as you could get so much more out of having the new fluff up or interlacing. So perhaps this change for wardens and others is sought to stop multiple slots of the same class in a group. I know Mids were contemplating 3 warrior/zerk/sm or bd or/ 2healer/shammie groups .

If these changes (when all done)mean anything , hopefully each and every visible class will be viable for a group. 3 savage was kinda boring as was 3 bm.

Tbh increasing group size would be a thought. Would it make it harder or easier to group?

Sounds interessting atleast, not that I know if it would be better or worse until tested, but have been thinking the same now and again.

think 8 is a good number tbh, kinda boring if you can fit all the nesesitys into a group and still keep high dps aint it? I find little about the charm in creating a fg rvr is that you cant realy get it all, have to go either this or that way, tho as it looks atm imo! you have many alternatives to a full group. Not like it was before when it was dark ages of tankalot etc when you realy had no option but making a tank group, if you had a caster it was instant dead.

discussed the group sizes before
would just mean more of the same classes not the ones not used ;)

so yes easier to group if 'friendly' class

realy depends, some utility classes get prioritised away due to lack of dps, but with a larger group you might be able to fit in the utilityclass. But, whats the fun in beeing able to fit in all the classes you want, is like making a template and easily beeing able to get cap in everything you want

Because Albion is sucking right now due to a lack of AE so I figure that if I roll a wizard I can at least go someone to helping resolve Albs biggest problem as a realm when there's no groups around to play minstrel/merc/cabby/sorc/theurg in.
