Just because someone doesnt have a rr 5+ char doesnt mean he/shes experienced id rather have a char under rr 5 and still have a balance between daoc and rl.

sorry nana but you cant measure casters under/overpowerdness on Mobs- depending on the type they could have less/more resists, more/less hp's than a player character.
