RvR solo missions
Yes you need to be level 40 to activate the task, but you can get assist credit at lower levels. Did some random testing, got 30 rps for assisting at level 35+, 25rps for assisting at 21+, didnt seem to get any at below level 20.
Not an extensive test, but good enough to get a few easy rps for those nice and cheap RAs to help with levelling if your not a thid junky.
