Aye, yesterday I went rvr for the first time in a couple of days/weeks...its so incredible anoying that the lag ALWAYS seem to start just as I select my target and get ready to attack

So, if you buy something from a restaurant and it's sub standard, do you complain to the restaurant or the farmer? They are providing a service and even if they sub-contract, then they are still responsible for the service.

Now, if this was basically Goa getting an independent router company to fix something, then you can't blame Goa as they don't own the internet. It comes down to if the company with the problem was a sub contractor of Goa or just some node on the internet.
