As we're playing with a main account and a subaccount I could only submit the report under our main account game login, as it's technically two accounts we submitted two tickets tho. In 884 I said that I'd file a separate one, once they opened my ticket they saw that two tickets were filed under the same main account, that's why they fixed both together I think. I got only one confirmation mail, but all characters on both accounts had been treated.

Never did I say that I was satisified with the situation (see my posts before), I said that the incident (loss of items) was resolved to my satisfaction.
I hope they can really speed it up now for those unlucky people who still suffer.
