Anyone got their missing items back yet?

I'm still not sorted ...

Got so fed up last night that i kitted out my vamp in rog gear instead .

And still i wait, i'm not gona renew till i am sorted out tbh.

still no items back and still No 12 days on 3 accounts, righnowed it 1 weak ago, they asked for my subscrip names then never replyed since!!

on bright side wife noticed i canceled auto renews so bought me WoW as gift, as all her friends in work said i would like it (its proving kinda fun tbh)

Aye, they gave out the free days and sent out a nice mail saying the problems on Prydwen have been resolved. They have the resources to work on 1.78 (see official site), work on rightnows asking for free days and to stage events (see reporters section), and yet both my RNs regarding equipment loss sent Sept. 5th, 2005 submitted right after I came home from work, are still under investigation. As our main character on one account is affected this makes three weekends of limited playing (aye, big fun to go PvE with underdevelopped alts), I regret to have renewed two subscriptions mid August and let the Wow subscription run out. With all due respect, but this is bad service.

If your car got crashed into by someone else and you took it in for repairs. Then when you went to pick it up they said you can have it back but the stereo and seats have gone missing and the bonnet and boot would you accept it?

No you wouldn't, but this is basically what has happened.

Then they turn round and say "no worries will look for your stuff, but you'll have to ring back tomorrow and tell us whats missing."

Then you hear nothing from them but they give you a few days petrol while they ignore your questions and requests for your seats.

This is all IMO totally unacceptable.

Do they tell you if u on another server or they just go past you ands do some1 else? such as excal im playing a lot as dark down , im 050905 000886
