You're not alone - I logged my call the first day, have yet to hear anything but the auto reply & have no free days. Once I actually get sorted (assuming I do) I'll 'rightsometimenextmonth' my free day issue ;)

tbh when i first read the incident number i was reading it wrongly ..
Scabs date was 7th Sept 05
My date is 6th Sept 05 :p

Silly goa using the UsA way of making incident numbers :p
tho im prolly the only one who WAS confuzzled so ho hum :)

As an update I have just received an email from Goa to say I have had my items restored. This was booked on the evening of the first day & was reference 808 (I think, 80x anyway) so use that to guess when the next ones will be :)

They are still doing some wierd stuff.
My missing items RN got labelled "solved" although I sent an immediate email updating what was done wrong.
My missing free-12-days RN got labelled "solved" although I'm still missing the free 12 days which they assured me would be properly added at the beginning of last week ...

Well I opened account 2 especially to check the alts and we're now three weeks into the one month I paid for and no action. They basically have one week to get this done or as soon as I get the subs running out e-mail then all the alts on that account are deleted and they can kiss my sweet fat arse goodbye as they see it leave for US and WoW for ever and ever and ever and ever.

I never thought I'd come across customer relations as bad as ntl but GOA are heading that way fast.

And frankly, I'm passed caring what the reasons are - this whole episode is entirely GOA's fault and they've proven beyond any doubt that they do not deserve to be the hosts of this game.

we'll get the 12 days after everyone is sorted as peeps complained we shouldnt get the freebies til peeps can play - i think..

They already gave the free days :p

Some people seemed to miss out though, but I think most were sorted after a rightnow :o
