I got sorted about 4-5 days ago. Sorted my sc on the day though which was nice. Messed up a piece. Put charisma instead of cold resist... Woops:p

Well i've just logged on again and still nothing.
I'm f'd off now.
If it's not sorted by the end of the week I'm gonna delete everything and they can go whistle for anymore of my money.

Well I don't know your RN numbers by heart but you can work out roughly when you'll be handled:-
050905 000720 was 20.9.2005 17:20
+50 to 60 per day on average
so if I'm lucky my druid (high 800's) will be done late on friday.

Yeah, I'd be looking at Friday too, which means there will be just one week left in this month's subscription period for the account most affected (no free 12 days on that one). Along with everything else this is just one more example of the **** value for money this service is providing at the moment.
