By the way, if Xest looses this poll, it's all down to the fact that there is three 'lose mod' and only two 'keep mod', this increases the possiblity that the stupid majority of the forum will randomly click 'lose mod'

Back in the days when I was modding a forum I would just have edited the offending text & sent the 'offender' a PM saying I'd prefer it if they didn't do it again (hint), unless of course they were a notorious repeat offender.

I am kinda worried about how the tone here has got worse over the last couple of weeks, but considering the circumstances I guess it's understandable. I'm hoping it will improve again after teh server comes back up tomorrow
