Guys check if what they claim is really what u got. They gave me 15 p less than they promised in their mail. The gits didn't even gave my feathered wrap back either. I am not a happy puppy............

Try re-submitting the RN request with what they missed, they may have just forgotten

oh yea just to let you know

blutark got his tuff

was 5/9 626 (or something like that) yesterday

battler was level 0 tho - thought they were sposed to give back at 10?
and only that char was restored ;p the other chars are still nakid..tis bad tbh :<

imo what they should have done was restored at least ONE char on everyones account (peeps could have specified which) then gone back to finish the job then at least peeps could have played the char they wanted

It's coming up on 2 weeks now and still nothing has been done.
i do understand that you have been working hard.

try and understand my frustration. with the Xp bonus and the free lvl bonus i am unable to use any of this as my char is naked and can't XP at all.

I have been playing alb/excal while waiting for you to sort this.
I usual dont' log on till 8 CET most days ( exluding weekends) .

If someone could respond it would be most helpful

Well afaik they don´t search for u on different server but just move on to the next one.
