My point still stands, either there are different rules advised to mods or there are not.
If not then suddenly making one up and applying it retrospectively is unfair. If there are rules advised to mods then fine but the rest of us mere mortals do not know about it and therefore should not be involved as judge and jury.

but tis the same as being a guild master
if one person in your guild has a problem with you you cannot chuck the person out if they dont have a problem with anyone else. is selfish
however should a member of your guild come to you with a problem with someone in the guild you are more likely to kick them as it would reflect on the guild hole and not just head.

and i guess we can argue-ish - we just cant call you names (cept beansprout and fluffy bunny the 3rd but tbh that could be classed as worse than calling someone a nasty swear word
