Some scrolls are harder to get, particularly solo, because the mobs that drop them are orange/red con. even to level 50.
Jacina's Sash (Tarin's Animal Skins) is one example. I already had the encounter for this, but there's no way I could possibly get the scrolls by killing the mobs (easily) that drop them because they are a red/orange. But, I managed to get the complete book in exchange for spellcrafting a set of armour for someone, free of charge.

Disagree, because these camps are often nice artie xp/pl spots too so heavily farmed. Rare scrolls will be the ones that drop from blue/yell con trash mobs - ie meso - no one fances xping off them and there's no decent camps.
