Healing people doesn't take any of the rps they get from killing their enemy does it, it gives you extra ones rather than taking theirs?

Otherwise presumably the ones who have been screaming why didn't you heal me would start screaming don't heal me!

So healing doesn't take their realm points, buff stripping would.
