I've asked several peeps using it and they all said the proc seldom go off, nowhere near that 1/3 rate that someone on VoS said, and not at all as often as GS or Malice debuff rates either.

On a side note, the 10% resist debuff on some of the champion weapons is not as good either as it is split into two parts, one debuffing resist bonus from items and the other debuffing magical enhancement, such as GSV or CL spell bonus - if it exists on the target.

Anyone using plain thrust damage would definately be best off with the GS.
