works now thinks it needed 2-3 hours

Arkaon / Karak-Norn
and plenty of other chars between 10 and 30

When i activated my cd-key and logged in, first 2-3 times it said i was logging in a DR game, but didn't have account activated yet. But once logged in, everything seemed ok anyway.
