After 1.81 Hero do have alot more tricks up his sleeve then he do atm on EU servers atm, have to keep that in mind aswell, and with CL resists ontop of that. Both are very viable for the same roll even tho Wardens do get shield, I think i would chose the Hero any time of the day over the Warden if having the chose betwean the 2.

The problem with things is that they class a Heavy tank as a defensive juggernaut, able to soak up damage and now have made a well specced warden significantly more capable of taking on that role. What compounds it even more is a hero with lw or cs and lots of passive ras can do really good damage. Its just like in a way hero having rubber band tied round his legs when going offensive as the abilities they added were/are seemingly group orientated. I'd live with banelord line and increased magic protection only on hero.

Warlord hero will be quite nice though in 1.81 with warguard/sb3 and the new candy. Get your javelins up and go in with bm and soak it up hard. Like pre toa!!!

True Aran, still i think it should go both ways, checking how good they are solo, and adjust it both ways, some classes is really nice for groups and also okay to solo with, while other classes is sh*t if going solo.

Not that I really care about going solo with my hero ;D

Yeah I think it will help a group rather much to have a hero with tbh, in the right group setup.

To justify that they'd have to give like AE DD in body spec for sorcs and cabbys, AE DD in air for theurgists, PBAE in ice, AE DD for earth wizards and CAE DD for fire wizards or something then AE DD for bonedancers. Thing is, Hibernia already has AE DD or PBAE available not only to every caster class but to most specs, compared to Albion who only has AE DD on wizard then some crappy focus DD on heretics, Mid lacks AE from bonedancers. Hibernia already has vast amounts of AE whilst Albion has none because wizards suck and no one really plays them.

yes, if you havnt been aware of it, but NS have been ruling the stealther scene for quite some time. Some things was a bit much for all 3 parts, but cba to go into it atm

shield spec'd group oriented warden >>>>> than a group spec'd hero (even now warden is preferred to hero on euro's), the only reason i see that they are giving warden shield spec now is because most US gg's run with 2 bards (dropping warden from groups)

Can agree with this, hero's are alright for dps after this patch is going live (if it do) And BL would be more than fair to full blood tanks, so they can choose them self if they wanna be either defensive or offensive, on the other hand, we use warlord hero in GG, and its great

Think main point here is that a warden will be much more favoured than hero for groups, and even if hero get more love soon, the resists along with heals and decent deffence make a warden much better for BG and will always be used for that over a hero. As far im concerned, a spec group heal for warden would have done it for me
