isnt the ML3 all BG steps tho? and does it require 100% ML xp?

although ml3 is all 'bg' steps, the bg steps require you to complete item farming quests beforehand. A group should easily be able to do those steps, and you can get them from an npc right outside the front of ToT in the water.
And I would love to come, also.
