never thought I would say this....

IMPRESSIVE!

I hope I read that right, no more artifact drops..much much fairer, much less of a time sink.

From what I understand you will go to the scholar with the full book of scrolls and if you have encounter credit, you simply give them the book and will recieve the activated artifact directly. Encounters will no longer drop unactivated artifacts as you will no longer need them. Remember that these are still test notes and it's very likely that they will change before they go live.

People will still farm scrolls. Also, one small issue is that sneaking credit by grouping with the farmer won't work anymore, that should be more than balanced by the fact that an entire group can get an arti at once.

don't think scrolls will really be a problem like they are now lair...

lets see..love story 3/3...

can drop from any aerus mob, probably gonna be atleast high orange(now its red)
can also drop from a specific mob in aerus zones....
scroll drop rates increased

= (hopefully) no more 40hours of centaur/cyclops farming for a stupid scroll

It's just Mythic's way of saying that they are losing customers because of the timesink element of ToA.

Took them long enough to realise, tbh!

Artifact change means that u go do the encounter, farm the book. then everyone that did the encounter turn book in and get activated artifact
