GoLM is fairly easy just log your bard on the island and pop on every now and then at odd times, if its night then check if its up and kill it if it is.
Scrolls are fairly common and cheap.
given its a lev 30 artifact you can get it to rank 10 very quickly.
Also for a bard having a mezz shield might be useful.

Get ring of the torrent, high utility and +2% cast speed, iirc.

Its a good ring no doubt, but not quite what im after since:

cast speed != spell range

Golm got me labeled as a bastard by some other bastard I didn't see online ever since.

Now it would seem to bother me but no, what bothers me: IT DIDN'T POP FFS
