Cast speed and stuff is still available on Catacombs items, just not things like damage afaik.

no there it is a non TOA server but you still have access to catacombs.

in 3-4 years they may do a noncata_nontoa_nonwhateverbs expansion
si only server!
this one seems interesting though doesnt worth the effort it requires imo
