just thoguh of how it would sound in work.

"No sorry , have to defend the relic"
"Relic , what are you talking about ?"
"Listen i don't have time to explaine, But you can watch if you want"
"Ok lets see this .... Kwel .... so how much for the game instelf....

Ahh if only it was that easy.

As it stands i have teh Mytic add running on my laptop instead of a screensaver.
Always have people stopping and watching it, then asking about the game itself =)

I did a /who 50 when the relic went neutral and there were 27 non anon 50's on (although 14 of those were probably druidbots

)

I was out in the middle of stygia when it happened and there wasnt a mention of mids in the frontier or keep under attack or anything in alliance chat, long gone by the time I got there.

Is just whats needed really, Mid needed some motivation to RvR, now they have that motivation

1: have u forgotten how the alb pow relic got to ailinne?

2: We have as u know tried multiple prime-time raids against you. Both our relics were taken after 02.00AM CET.

3: You should be proud that you have managed to defend relics for such a long time. And you also have some of the best defence classes in the game and the highest RvR pop (well seems to be switching more and more)

4: Sure you can just take it back in the middle of the night. noone is stopping you. But do you have the guts to atleast try once prime-time before you do it? I have lead far to many prime time raids and have gotten the zerg all the way to lord room and other times barely scratched the keep but atleast we tried prime time many times.
Looking forward to hearing about 60+ hibs in Mid frontier.

5: I dont enjoy none prime-time raids but I cant see how it ever could be taken in prime-time (just the one time when we actually managed to get like 12 trebs up and see mids trebbing hibs instead of wall kinda says it all).

Well I hope you do atleast 1 prime-time raid but ofc I wont say anything if u do it in the middle of the night. It is a 24-hour game after all.

In the end I just saw that if we ever gonna get the relic back we have to do it with small force without randoms in odd time. The more ppl we got the more stupid the zerg got.

iirc those Relic Rades STARTED before 9pm CET and just lasted until after 2am...

1: Mid/Alb had 5 hours to mobilize defence, we hardly "caught them unawares"

2: RL commitments caused numbers to decrease after 11pm.. a factor that effects Hibernia more adversely than Midgard/Albion due to our already lower population.

3: We never START an early morning raid because we simply lack the numbers online to achieve this... our only hope is to raid at prime time and hope enough people stay around to finish the job

4: We stole Mid/Alb relics when it was still necessary to capture 3 keeps, break through the defence at the relic wall and overcome the relic keep guards... a significantly greater task than knocking down 2 doors and killing a few guards and a handfull of sleepy Hibs... thats why it took 5 hours to complete.

In summary, Hibernia is organised, heroic, dedicated and relentless.. Midgard is cheap, cowardly, underhanded and lame

as for nobody noticing/caring when it went , i was online levelling artis near dagda , had /rw map open at the time , and scat just went blue , no flames nothing , i am guessing it wasnt repaired from the hammering it took the day before , because there was no warning whatsoever for me , blue keep then relic lifted , so i made a post when my pc finally finshed alt tabbing

pretty soon after that there wasa BG up of the very few people that were online ( i guess they were trying to get it back ) , so hibs did make and effort . (at that time of morning though i just rolled my eyes , definatly could not be arsed to chase a bunch of mids about before breakfast )

Tis really simple: Take a relic at 6:00 AM and its lame alarmclock

Take a relic at 21:00 and its lame baseline-stun, bugged shrooms, bugabusing bainshees, no-honour underpoplated bonusses, high-RR ML10 chars etc etc.

Mani asking for having the guts to try it primetime while he himselves took the relic at a non-primetime hour is as silly as complaining about the hour the Mids took it themselves after they lost it to us in the first place at an hour not many where online.

In other words: Nothing changed; alarmraiding seems to be way more successfull then primetime-raiding.
