I watched the Stygian Queen ramming the Stygian Queen II up the arse near Stygia (surprisingly) the other night. Kept me amused for a few minutes.

I think it's about not being able to be attacked while on a boat, so healers could technically sit on the boat spamming spread heal forever without any danger to themselves.
