FYI, for those who want to port up for 2.10, the NPC is at 5686, 7115 in Oceanus Boreal. Somehow I don't think the people who fell off the ledge last time I ran 2.10 noticed him, and I thought we still had a patch to go so I didn't suggest they look for him.

Signing up Tickled, lvl 49 Bainshee. Can also drag Culian along outside of groups for buffs and emergency resses if needed.
