Cloudsong Encounter...

If anyone's thinking of doing Cloudsong and there's room in a group, please could you let me know. I need the encounter (if it's up). I already have the scrolls.

Done the subquest as well Gand?

I find the best way to get this done is log a spot bot at both excal and pryd and check it on a regular basis - people nowadays are more than willing to help.

If you spot it up then ask someone in NFD if i'm on and i'll come give you a hand, unless i'm in the middle of gg rvr.

I think that in order to guarentee credit you will need to have had at least one person in the group who has done the pre-quest. This is basically run around, kill this and that, come back, get a music box. And then before you do cloudsong, you talk and hand the box over, and this should ensure you get credit.

With that said and done - cloudsong can then be focus pulled very easily by any chanter with a druid (you dont need fop, and if you put ur pet on passive and allow eramai to hit it, it wont PBAOE). You should also ensure you dont over heal with this tactic.

if you got ml9 on the chanter you hardly have to heal at all, if any. You have to have done the prequest and handed in the music box in order to get credit at all, that is. Everyone that want to have cred need to have handed in the music box to eremai

I've done it and only one person handed music box to Eremai, but they all had done prequest and had music boxes and they all got credit. That was only a few days ago. Some time ago I had someone who hadn't done the prequest and they didn't get credit.

pretty sure you just need to do pre-req, not actually hand in the box if atleast one in grp does

i think you need to do the quest to get the box then once 'A' box is handed in and you kill Eramai you have completed the Encounter afaik, i can help any time its up pm Berghaus ingame and ill do it for ye
