Guild Emblem!? Requiel please view.

Erm this got explained and im sure i explained that you could only do 1 respec of a guild emblem. It wasnt by requiel because i think by then he stopped reading prydwen.net

Somthing that needs to be noted for those who have failed to read the entire thread:

I set the guild emblem at creation. Since this point I have NOT (ever) changed or edited the guild emblem in any way shape or form. No one in my guild other than me myself and I is able to edit it. It has remained the exact same emblem throughout the life of the guild. The problem I sent as a Rightnow was that I could not now use my single guild emblem respec to EDIT my guild emblem AT ALL. GoA AND Requiel's position on this was that I obviously had used my "respec" and there was nothing they could do. It was not a known bug and I was obviously delirious in assuming this was the case.

As far as ranting goes, I feel that I am more than warranted in complaining about this issue especially when I was told catagorically that what I was claming was "Impossible" and "you have already changed your guild emblem and so may not change it again."

its another "Working as Intended" (translated to "talking out of my arse") from goa!

Oh and Satyn I expect to see some action RE:VegetaFH1's post and your recent pm to me.

It does help to rant at the correct people, Requiel has stated he won't be reading these forums any more so you would do better to rant on FH, or add the rant to your Rightnow request.

Hello,

Thank you for your question.

We have investigated this and found that you can only change your guildemblem at the Guild Registrar you created the guild at and chose your original emblem.

If you still can not change your emblem we can not do anything for you, as it is technicly impossible for us to grant additional emblem respecs. However I hope this solves your problem.

When i try to change emblem for our guild NQQBS on Glastonbury server it say that we changed our emblem once, but we didnt. I was at the same guild registrar where we choosed emblem and made guild...

it didnt helped at all

ok ill explain how these things work.

1. you have to go back to the same person you got your cloak from.
2. If you have already changed your cloak once (even if ages ago) you cant change your cloak again.
3. Even if you changed your cloak BUT DIDNT ALTER ANYTHING this would still apply.
4. even if you didnt do any of the following goa CAN NOT change the flag that holds the guild cloak respec. it is hard coded into the game.

your asking that goa change somthing thye have no control over, the other thing is they dont want to change it if they suddenly allowed people to change guild cloaks they would be inundated with folks going "i dont like red and blue i want to respec my cloak".

Now that ive got that cleared up, either deal with the fact that you cant change your guild colours. OR delete your guild and start again, we did it on midgard we changed our guild cloak to the totally wrong colour and couldnt change it back, did we delete NO did we whine constnatly NO.

Either way im seriously considering stop helping folk on prydwen.net and just sticking to freddyshouse the whole forums going hostile and whiney every little flaw with goa is blown up into massive proportions.

anyways maybe a mod will actually close this post before it gets dredged up in another 6 months when somthing else happens.
