Well Said... now get back to bitching about the common enemy.... the judean peoples front... or the peoples front of judea... or the ... well whoever... there are plenty of others to bitch to/about... could even bitch about the weather... mind you its quite nice outside today... maybe a little cold... snow might be nice... but then maybe a light frost in the morning with some sunshine... its always so pretty when there is a little frost and the sun shines on it... I like it when its like that.

Centurion, quite why it's self criticism when I'm not being the one criticised I don't know, but still I guess that's the result of you not reading the thread properly.

Either way, these replies just prove exactly that people seem to think mods are some evil force just out to be difficult, when in fact all actions are taken to try and help, honestly if you don't like how things are done just go away, sure as hell don't whine about it. You need to remember that is all you are on these boards, a Moderator, it doesnt make you special in way, it just gives you admin abilities. I havent used any bad language, i haven't threatened anyone in fact i dont think anyone has in any of the replies, yet you are happy to suggest that I am trying to incite some kind of forum riot as well as telling me to get lost if i dont like the forums are run, now that (imo) is a crap attitude.

Everyone is entitled to their opinions matey.

No mod is greater than any member of the community... and lets be fair... without the community members the mods are nothing but some people with admin rights to an empty forum.

I think though that everyone is a little highly strung atm... and with some of whats been said here of late people currently have a tendancy to overreact to or missinterpret some things posted.

It was not the intention of anyone to upset or anger anyone with the movement (note movement and not removal) of the thread to tech help perhaps another course of action wouldnt have resulted in this thread but as we see the thread is here. Dard I know that everyone appreciates the info (I know I do) and we thank you for posting it sorry if it caused you any concern, anger or confusion that the thread was moved to another section.

Let's leave it on an almost positive note other than that final post by Dard which I will remove by request if he wants to leave the last page positive but that's his choice. I'm not arguing about this, people need to quit bitching period, but bitching at mods when they've done something in an attempt to make the forum easier to use or better needs to stop. Again, serious sensible discussion is welcome, bitching has no place here anymore and it stops now for the reason Rejecta pointed out - if it doesn't I'm going to be hard on difficult people, I'm going to be unfair on difficult people but I'm sure as hell going to make sure all the other people cheer the fuck up and stop whining, especially as it's Christmas this weekend
