Thanks Reza was getting around to the explanation and the flawed explanation provided earlier that said it allowed casting multiple DOT mines... aye it was the snare and dot that could be cast together but tbh I wouldnt use the snare often as it involves being visible for too long.

I've explained this already on FH, but just to get the message across again, I'll repeat what I said here.

"We didn't introduce a bug and neither did we make any changes on our own initiative - as we aren't allowed to. The fact that you could drop these abilities in combat was reported to us as a bug. We checked documentation and found that, as designed, they weren't supposed to work that way. We double checked with Mythic who confirmed it - we never make changes like that without reference to Mythic as it's their game. Apparently there was some confusion regarding the check, perhaps they misunderstood our query, perhaps we misunderstood their response."

As you should very well know Takit, we don't change things like that because we 'think' it needs fixing. I'm sure you can remember any number of bugs reported by you and other E&Es that had to wait for Mythic to either fix or sanction our fix, that's an inviolable rule and we never, ever change things liek that on our own initiative. You are also fully aware that the people who do bug fixing and liaise with Mythic are an entirely different group of people to the GMs (who are responsible for sorting out the restoration problem). I'm trying to think of a motivation for your post that isn't just a rather poor attempt to stir up trouble and I have to say I'm failing.

but as far as I know mincers don't have PA, or do they now? as they need more improvement :P (chain, stealth, mezz, dds, stun, climb wall, speed, and okey wpn dmg is not enough, they need something more!)
