It's most likely fake.. WoW players seem to have a fetish for faking all sorts of screenshots :|

Someone even spend ages photoshopping a series of screenshots to make it look like he had found a new legendary weapon quest.. shame he left the quest text full of typos :p

Overrated IMO level 46 bard 2L5 ML1 (demoted to xp bot)
Perfume TestedOnAlbs 50 Warden 4LX (Suicide Soloer)
Crepes 44 Vampiir 1L5 (Stuck at this level *sniffles*)
