heh, dunno, this wasent how I though it would be if they would enable deactivating an arti though, that would be the same as if u just buying it on the market, still needing both scrolls and Enc to be able to use is.
If never using this arti again you can atleast sell it, but if you wan't to you can get enc + scrolls and activate it again on an alt or so, or you could give it to a guildmate that already have the Enc and scrolls maby.
