Yeah, i been soloing a vamp the old fasioned way when i have a little time to spare so it's kinda cool for me atm.

As Gahn said its for the US. They got the new server along with that patch so thats why its still included in the patch notes.

1.76 - 1.78 patch notes transcripts:

- Casting an instant spell while quick casting a non-instant spell will no longer cancel the quick cast.
Translation: spamin instas no longer gets u wtfpwned

- Durability loss has now been removed from artifacts. Once repaired at a smith, all artifacts will be reset to full durability and will no longer lose durability.
Translation: u can use ur tart agein meight!

- The penalty on power regeneration when power is below 50% has been removed.
Translation: casters r now liek bards

1.79 patch notes:
- Players will no longer be able to run through any trees on Agramon.
- Pets will find it easier to move on and around the mile gate walls on Agramon.
- Players will no longer be able to cast spells through the mile gate walls on Agramon.

Translation: u get tis large zerg islend thingy, and it ass liek walls dat r buggy ass hell so liek u can cast spels thru dem n abuse los fer max pwnage til nxt patch !!1!

if casters power was under 50% it used to regen more slowly

no power regens at the same rate all the time

but wtf @ casters being like bards now? they dnt have a decent power regen
