With regards to the pre-orders, again I don't know if we'll be doing the same as the US or how/if we'll make the Mythical barding available. You may remember that the Orb of Discovery which was a pre-order bonus for US Catacombs was offered as a limited-time quest on Euro servers after release instead. We may do a similar thing again or we may not, it's really too early to say and, as ever, you'll hear about it first in the Friday News.

WoW won't be giving up the number 1 slot for some time, not if sales of boxes are anything to go by. Hasn't WoW sold in excess of 600,000 boxes? Just look at the number of english realms in WoW and you'll see that it is massively bigger than DAoC in Europe.

Also, I would say the WoW crafting system slams the DAoC crafting system into tiny little pieces - far, far superior, and much less tedious than the grind that is Camelot crafting.

WoW has 2.5 millions subscribers, that means they alone has more as EQ, EQ2, SWG, DAoC, etc together...
Anyway, from patch to patch DAoC is correlating to WoW's way, less downtime, less timewasting shits, which is good for all of us.
