That's right - I had two accounts open during the downtime and they've both had the 12 days added. The account that was closed during the down-time hasn't.

I do feel though that, having paid to reopen the closed account to check the alts, having found a number stripped and still not restored some 10 days later, that compensation for the down-time caused by being naked and unequipped is due. If I get some plat/aurulite on those characters that might be satisfactory but until I get it I won't know if I'm satisfied and in the meantime remain disatisfied until I get the satisfaction of having my RightNow!s satisfied.

Satisfaction is such a fickle master. How can you know if you will be satisfied until you are either satisified or disatisfied?

I didn't get the 12 free days on either of my accounts, altho both were open all teh way thru this whole F-up.

Aye I RN!ed it on friday.
No answer yet due to weekend I guess.
tbqh I'd rather I finally got my stuff back on my main which I havn't been able to play properly for an entire month, for which reason you can put me in the category ... "No - 12 days is a bit on the weak side IMO".

Thats the offical response I got when they didn't give me my 12 days free, but on my other account I got it straight away. TBH i think they just fucked up with people and will get round to sorting their 12 days along with the character fuck-ups as soon as they can.
