Always a problem, remember when i first tried running ML3, stated several times not to attack the npc, then boom.
Find the easiest way now is to get everyone to stay away from the ones you need to talk to to stop accidents happening.

I know im a bit of a hypocrite for saying it but if you think the BG leader is doing something wrong then PM them, dont start arguing on the BG.
offer to help and advise, dont have a go as they are probably already stressed and everyone makes mistakes.
Also dont hound them, offer to help and live it up to them if they want to reply.

The main thing that makes a raid work is people having fun and working together, i find the bigggest threat to raids is boredom hense i try to keep things moving.
But everyone has thier own style and way of doing things.
