I reported last tuesday.
I've been out of work sick the last 3 days.
I come back in and find a mail saying that everything should now be sorted.
Posted last friday.

My Vamp is still naked, and still feck all money ... yeah thanks goa

thanks for all the replies guys, it does seem that goa lied a little bit and that noone who has receieved items has posted, and the few that have were'nt certain (ive heard of x getting y etc)

ill be sending them a mail with a link here and asking them what is going on,

i know that alot of people accept this as an unfortunate event, but i dont, if they cant fix a problem within a week, theyre not doing their job properly.

still nothing one week later, almost given up hope, imo they are hoping that some kind peeps will pull together and sort the matter in game so they don't have to >.<

Sehanine got his items back around 09-09-2005, 05:46 PM and he was #406.

I have #438 and I STILL haven't heard ANYTHING from GOA...

My guess is that they:

1. Don't work weekends
2. Don't have more than 3-4 people actually working on this major problem that Prydwen has suffered because of an unknown issue that occoured almost 2 weeks ago.
3. Won't have clustering before medio October.
4. Won't have all items restored any time before 2 weeks from now.
5. Will suffer a great loss in paying customers.

Personally, I think it suxx (only cuZ I can't think of a better way to put it)... well, other than utter crap!!!!!1

One of the reasons Requiel gave for not extending the xp/rp bonus time or beginning it when everyone had their toons back up and running was because they could not do it one one server and not the other after clustering.

This suggests to me clustering is not far away.

I've had a run in like this before with Goa,
They insited something was wrong , i asked them what was wrong.
The just said something was wrong.

So my account passy couldn't be sent to me for 9 weeks.
Thanks to my Old GM ( from alb-excal) and a GM ( pre requil) i was able to get my password. ...... 9 weeks

So when dealing with Goa Customer support i do expect the worst but hope for the best.
I always make sure i fill out any form they want, and in the correct way.
However they so far have NEVER given the correcrt responce they are supposed to.
