State of DAoC RvR

Post by Fangorn Treebeard »

Hi, i'm an old hib/pry player and I'm considering coming back and was wondering about how RvR really works on NF. I'm not a massive fan of RvR involving keeps and what I was really wanting to know is how viable is small group RvR is now?

Small group RvR has probably suffered the most since NF - yes it is still there but you can go for miles without an encounter where the odds are fair.

Having said that there is a lot of action around the zergs where a dedicated group can make a big impact (and can loose high).

Depends on where the momentum lies often. Sometimes a few groups just scatter around, sometimes all comes together in a big bang around keeps.
