Looking for Tartaros / Cloudsong!

I'm in need of both of those arti's on my enchanter, and possibly Nailahs robe if anyone would reccomend it?

I would be able to do the Tartaros Encounter.. but it seems to be spawning Salamanders now, thus making it difficult

. Was fine before the server was reset.
