GSV such a swizz

try RightNow if you're hoping for an answer. They might be able to see if there's a bug with your account and GSV.

GSV worked fine on my bard when I used it, but that's a few patches ago.

This seems such a swizz to be honest, (refrains from using rather angry expletives although is very angry as i feel rather robbed, I wouldn't mind if i'd seen it proc once during the past 3 months but afaik that's not been the case >.<)

its a 40% proc rate so i guess you just havnt been having enough fights

i have one on bard ranger and shade , and i have about 2 fights total across all chars when it HASNT procced , ,so nothing wrong with hib gsv , maybe you just evade too much
