and the lightning etched helm on midgard is what the danos helm gets called, don't think he drops scale sleeves so it'll prolly come from somewhere else in aerus.

lord knows where they drop , but there are plenty on the cm's of various flavours and they arent very expensive either

with a real answer, they drop from Danos. Dont know if those stats are in Hib tho, but danos is the one that drop Ligthing etched armors

But danos doesn't drop them all I think, the different armor parts are spread over various arti mobs in the aerus area. Foppish sleeves would probably be right as it's an encounter that's almost never done and I have never seen those sleeves before.
