Yes it is. The Problem is i cant capp Body cause i need a free place to get those 1 Percent.

I caould capp spirit infront of some TP. But it doesnt really matter if i stand 50sec in a mezz or 48.

sorc mezz is like 73 secs tho even with 50% thats 36 secs, which is way too long to be mezzed, and ud be hard pressed to find red energy resist buff anyway. and with it being bolt range, they have the advantage so chances u'll be mezzed atleast once by them.
