Quite the challenge

Im fiddling with my bard template (again) and i've encountered a problem... i could really use and bracer and a cloak that have some of the abilities listed below:

acuity cap increase
dexterity cap increase
casting speed bonus
power percentage bonus
spell duration bonus
healing bonus

I know many will say CB and CS, but since i have GoLM in the template i can happily disregard this artifact (i really hate the encounter) and CS is just a silly artifact pricewise and encounterwise, so not this one either.

Any ideas?

I should mention that the lowest 3 on the list are the least important

Doing a rough guess now about the stats of this bracer, but got it on my ani and can show u in game.

Bracer of Snow, if i'm not mistaken it has 2% casting speed, 10% spell duration and some other crap .

But will show u m8.

And prolly best u put Amanita or Band of Shadows ring in ur temp to get ur resists a bit up.
