Bard arti's

Ok, going to need a little information.
As a few of you know i took a long break from DAoC just after ToA was released so i hardly know anything about Artifacts and ML's, i really want to have knowledge of them and even obtain some of them but unfortuately i have no clue where i can get them.
I have one arti (Phoebus Harp necky) which i got just before quiting.. but i vaguely remember where i got it etc.
I would much appreciate it if someone that knows alot about them and where to find them could come up with a list or something of what ones a bard should go for and maybe even a little bit about ML.

Check out the templates - or even better the Template database.

These should give you a fair idea which artifacts are considered "needed" as a bard.

Another good source of knowledge is VOS if you want to look what the special abilities are.
Generally speaking using artifacts and maxxing the special TOA boni (spell range, casting speed...) means you have to trade against resists, stats or other things.
