i will lead a RVR alliance raid next monday 20.02.2006 at 20:00 CET we will move at 20:15 CET from Ligen.
What we going to do? We will not have the power to face Agramon so we will go and annoy some Mids or Albs.
Take a tower defend it, set up traps.....
Its time for some more coordinated RVR'ing in this alliance.
Everyone brings the char he wants to play, but we will lack on speed and healing classes as always (thats a hint :dairylea: ).
Bring also your rangers and stealthers they very welcome.

At least some rules and hints (ye i know people dont like this), they very helpfull:
1)pack in some greater nereid potions
2)if you can go in ventrilo, we have our own prydwen.net channel(see main page),test your ventrilo on the day bevore
3)bring some friendly amusing spirit into the raid
4)bring some organising spirit with you, means form your own group
5)every tank wich can carry siege get a ram or a treb,if you never bothered in building up siege ,visite the crafter chiefs in dommna so you learn it,its really easy.:snail:
People wich cannot carry full siege bring some wood for repairs.
6)this is not a closed NE-alliance thingy, tell the people we doing this and inv them to it:monkey:

So hopefully i seee alot of faces:gopack:

Great! :)

Will probably come on Regrowth Warden, but can switch to Arb Ani if required/preferred.

Have fun guys, one hint by the way:

If you're high enough championlevel, you can buy 'backpacks' for your mount(horse).

Im pretty sure there's no encumberance on horse-inventoryslots, so perhaps some 40 STR Eldritch can put a few rams on his horse :)

I was thinking stacking my horse his inventory full with dimunitive rams, would be fun to have 16 rams always with u :)

Well I've done the ram-into-backpack thing.

and it worked like a charm as I took a Nott tower solo :D

there is a few drawbacks of course:

* have to be on horsey to load it onto your char. (one damage and you dismount)
* you have to stand a pretty far distance from the door to deploy it (well since I'm a NF, TOA, CAT newb I didn't know this.) but this is probably a change in New Frontiers.
* there seems to be a cap how luch you can overload your char. with my 40 str Luri I could not load a full ram but when I used my CL buffs to boost the str to 99 I could. Something of a:" you have to remove some items first" kinda message.

but it sure was great fun I can tell you :D

Something special about seeing a little luri swing a ram into a keepdoor all by herself. The messages while doing so are also kinda funny

but to the original poster. Great idea mate! Hope we will get a nice evening out with the alliance and other treehuggers. *thumbs up*

Your saddlebags can carry a total of 200 pounds no matter what horse you're riding or what your character's stats are.
as ive said in arans fixed group section

each siege ram = 76 (for the door)
each siege ball = 60 (for oil)

so can carry 2x rams
or 1x ram + 2x ballista.

Still :p least casters can now carry at least one ram :)
